Leep (“we”, “us”) provides video landing pages and a Chrome extension to help you create and share personalized Leeplinks. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, name, and profile photo (if provided by your sign-in provider).
• Content you create: Leeplink titles, recipient details you enter, intro text, and videos you upload.
• Usage data: basic analytics about page views and video engagement on Leeplinks (e.g. plays and watch time) to help you understand performance and to improve the product.

Information we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

• Provide and operate Leep and the Leeplink experience.
• Store and deliver your uploaded videos and generated thumbnails.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Improve reliability, performance, and product features.
• Provide support and communicate important updates.

Chrome Extension & LinkedIn data

When you use the Chrome extension on LinkedIn, it may read the visible page content to help prefill recipient information. You can always edit fields manually. We do not control LinkedIn’s site or policies.

Sharing

Your Leeplink is shareable by URL. Anyone with the link may be able to view it unless you delete it or change its availability (if applicable).

Data storage

We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud) to store application data and media. Access is controlled and protected.

Retention and deletion

You can delete Leeplinks. When a Leeplink is deleted, associated media and metadata are removed as part of the deletion process.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your Leeplinks.
• You can sign out at any time.
• You can contact us to request access or deletion assistance.
